Pacific Preparatory came to us as an established organization with 20 years of proven results, but operating as two separate entities. Their tutoring services and accredited virtual school had grown independently, creating confusion for families and diluting their brand presence. They had a devoted cohort of families who referred friends and considered them the gold standard for their children's education, but it was time to bring everything under one roof. With families investing over $40,000 annually in their virtual school, the stakes were high. The online education landscape is saturated with programs that feel transactional, corporate, or untested. Pacific Prep needed to unify both service lines under one cohesive Pacific Preparatory brand, minimizing confusion while instantly communicating what their existing families already knew: this was a serious, established, educator-founded institution with the warmth and credibility of a traditional independent school, and a track record of delivering real results for students.

Brand Messaging & Copywriting

Highlighted accreditation, student outcomes, leadership team and teacher credentials throughout. Leveraged social proof from 20 years in business. Organized services clearly to showcase the comprehensive support model and eliminate confusion between offerings.

UX/UI Design

Designed seamless user flows for scheduling, inquiries, and enrollment across both service lines. Integrated staff photos and bios throughout to humanize the experience and reinforce the concierge approach.

Web Development 

Built dual-calendar scheduling system pulling real-time availability from multiple staff members. Created intelligent form routing so every submission—inquiry to payment—automatically went to the right place. Developed personalized email automation that captured prospect details and sent customized follow-ups with scheduling links. Designed and integrated their education-focused podcast into the site, positioning Pacific Prep as thought leaders in the virtual education space.
